Startup UMD

Startup UMD is an innovation and entrepreneurship hub that is the first of its kind with four campus units and an industry partner co-located within the Diamondback Garage.

The Startup UMD Suite serves as an initial touch point for anyone interested in engaging the university's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Located in the Diamondback Garage on the east side of The Hotel at UMD, it is home to several campus-wide innovation and entrepreneurship resources including the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, the Do Good Accelerator, the Terrapin Development Company, and UM Ventures along with Adobe's "Future of PDFs" research lab.
