The College of Information Studies (iSchool) partners with industry, government, and communities to execute technology-based projects. From analytics to website design, our students tackle these challenges to provide a product you can use.

Structured as consulting engagements, faculty-led student teams provide project management and execution for your information challenges and business needs. Students apply their knowledge, skills, and abilities to your needs in a wide range of areas such as data science & visualization, UX/UI design, information management, and information infrastructure design. Projects are culminating learning experiences for our undergraduate and graduate students.

  • Engage/sponsor consulting projects

    From initial scoping to transferring final deliverables, the iConsultancy provides project management and support to ensure a successful project that meets your needs and a good learning experience for students.   • Recruit interns & hire future grads

    iConsultancy projects provide insight into student skillsets, work effort, and talent prior to graduation because our partners engage directly with student teams throughout the semester. Furthermore, the iConsultancy eagerly shares internship and job announcements to appropriate communities, and hosts events such as career fairs and mock-interviews.
